Welding/Fitters

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated temporary welder/fitters to join our manufacturing team.

Welding/Fitters Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)

Perform various welding processes including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on different materials and components.

Execute precise assembly of trailer axles for big rigs, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to engineering specifications.

Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and quality standards, contributing to a safe and efficient workplace.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production deadlines and objectives.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM (40 hours per week). Occasional Fridays and Saturdays may be required based on project demands and production needs.

Welding/Fitters Qualifications:

Demonstrated proficiency in multiple welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.

Proven experience with steel welding and fabrication.

Strong capability in precision assembly of components, including the ability to read and interpret blueprints or schematics.

Must own and consistently wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), specifically work boots.

Commitment to maintaining a high standard of quality and safety in all work.

Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
