Job Description

We are looking for experienced and collaborative clinicians to provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes in your area. This is not typical home health; it is outpatient therapy delivered at the patient’s home.

Job Requirements

• State‑specific PT license.
• Reliable personal transportation for patient visits outside city centers.
• 1+ year of experience.
• Liability insurance.
• CPR/BLS certification.
