Production Line Operator

Hourly Range: $18.00 - $22.00 We are looking for Production Line Operators! The Production Line Operator is responsible for the day‑to‑day duties in running equipment to produce quality product, safely and in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Identify any potential safety hazards to Supervisor or HSE Manager to promote the “Zero and Beyond” safety goal/initiative. Operators are responsible for continuously monitoring and maintaining product quality based on established standards including visual and mechanical inspection of product. Perform setups in accordance with established procedure. Loading/unloading equipment. Work from written and verbal instructions, procedures, and work orders. Maintain and log all information required supporting traceability and quality. Participate in cross‑training activities. Perform other duties as required or directed. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution. Basic mathematic skills; adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and basic percentages. Pass background check and drug test. Willing to work 12‑hour shifts, weekends, and holidays. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus. Able to stand up to 12 hours per day. Able to push/pull up to 50 pounds multiple times per day. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally. Demonstrate mechanical and computer skills.
