Live-In Caregiver

Responsive RecruiterRight at Home is currently seeking experienced and compassionate caregivers who are confident and skilled in using a Hoyer lift. This position is ideal for caregivers who have hands-on experience with safe transfers and are comfortable assisting clients with limited mobility. Our goal is to provide the highest level of care while ensuring both client and caregiver safety. If you have prior experience with Hoyer lifts and understand proper transfer techniques, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Safely assist clients with transfers using a Hoyer liftProvide personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)Assist with repositioning and mobility supportMonitor client safety and comfort at all timesProvide companionship and emotional supportFollow care plans and report any changes in conditionRequirements:REQUIRED: Hands-on experience using a Hoyer liftAbility to safely transfer clients with limited or no mobilityPrior caregiving experience (home care or facility)Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanorAbility to follow directions and care plans carefullyMust be dependable and punctualPreferred (but not required):CNA or Home Care Aide certificationExperience with bed-bound or hospice clientsWhy Join Us:Supportive and responsive office teamFlexible scheduling opportunitiesCompensation: $18.00 per hourRight at Home's mission is simple...to improve the quality of life for those we serve.
