Project Manager

Job Summary As a Project Manager, you will work closely with multiple teams within Bosch as well as clients and subcontractors to scope, plan, and build highly complex projects using the latest technology from the best vendors, including Lenel, Genetec, Axis, Milestone, and Avigilon. Tasked with managing every aspect from start to finish of our major new construction projects, you are responsible for delivering high‑quality results. You will manage the project team efficiently while representing the company in a professional manner aligned with our values of leadership mindset, people development, teamwork, and client focus. Past experience managing large, multi‑million dollar projects is a strong asset. Stakeholder engagement across complex organizations and within Paladin will also be a key part of this role. Responsibilities Develop and manage schedules for on‑time delivery, monitor budgets to control costs, and maintain financial health. Develop and manage the project plan, including client communication expectations, resource availability, procurement, material reconciliation, commissioning, risk management, mitigation strategies, and scheduling for efficiency. Provide accurate financial reports for performance targets to meet the desired profit margin. Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships that lead to repeat business and development opportunities. Create clear, easy‑to‑follow documentation, update it per the communication schedule, and make it accessible to all stakeholders. Control costs and maximize productivity through implementation of best practices and standard processes. Effectively manage and maintain all written and verbal project communications, both formal and informal. Maintain client satisfaction and promptly resolve any concerns. Develop relationships with subcontractors to build a pool of resources; manage sub‑contract selection for projects where required. Proactively assess risks; ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Supervisor Duties In accordance with applicable company policies, procedures, and Federal/State laws, perform supervisory responsibilities: planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, project management, security integration, or technical experience within a security system or system integration environment. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project software. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree (2 year) or bachelor's degree (4 year) in a technical capacity. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Professional Engineering designation. Physical Demands Must be able to effectively communicate in English (see, hear, speak, and write clearly). Manual dexterity for occasional reaching, lifting of light office objects, and operating office equipment. Sitting, standing, walking in office environments and construction sites. Occasional lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds and may be required to work at heights over 1.8 m. Working Conditions The office is clean, orderly, properly lit, and ventilated. Noise levels are low to moderate. Will be required to be on site with customers or contractors, with or without Paladin colleagues, to manage expectations and deliverables. Sites range from general office environments to new construction. Driving to customer sites is required. Limited overnight travel may be required. Additional Information Compensation: $84,000 – $104,000 (DOE) Working Hours: Monday–Friday, overtime and on‑call when necessary. Travel Requirements: Occasional travel required.
