Title: SAP S/4HANA Project Manager Job Type: Contract / Consulting Contract Length: TBD Pay Range: 150/hr Start Date: ASAP Location: TBD About the Opportunity Our client, a leader in Global Enterprise Solutions, is looking for a skilled SAP S/4HANA Project Manager / Leader to join their team for a contract engagement. This project involves leading end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA project lifecycles, ensuring successful implementation, go‑live, and post‑go‑live stability. This is a high‑impact role that requires a self‑motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables Project Leadership & Planning: Lead end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA project lifecycles and ensure alignment with organizational goals, including developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation such as plans, schedules, and budgets. Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, and manage changes in operational plans to optimize project outcomes. Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead, mentor, and guide cross‑functional teams (developers, consultants, and vendors) while establishing strong relationships with stakeholders and managing expectations through effective communication. Technical Coordination: Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage complex integrations across multiple systems. Deployment & Support: Manage deployment‑related cutover and go‑live activities, including planning and scheduling, and lead the team to resolve issues during post‑go‑live support. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management, with a focus on full‑lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations. Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA project leadership and project management methodologies (PMP certification is a plus). Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals. Experience with managing cross‑functional project teams, external vendors, and complex system integrations.
