With a reputation for technical excellence and long-standing client relationships, they offer a collaborative environment where professionals are empowered to take ownership of projects and contribute to the firm's continued growth.Job DescriptionManage multiple civil engineering and land development projects simultaneously from planning and design through permitting and construction. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and project teams. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and forecasting. Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, providing technical oversight and mentorship to junior staff. Coordinate preparation of site plans, grading plans, utility design, stormwater management systems, and permitting applications. Oversee quality control reviews and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Attend client meetings, public hearings, and municipal board presentations as required. Identify project risks and implement solutions to maintain project performance and profitability. Support business development efforts through proposal preparation, client engagement, and networking activities.
