Job Description

Job Summary:
The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for operating imaging equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients' internal anatomy, aiding physicians in diagnosis and treatment planning. They work directly with patients while ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety.

Responsibilities:

• Operate X-ray and imaging machines according to established protocols.
• Position patients appropriately to obtain clear diagnostic images.
• Verify patient identification and explain procedures to ensure comfort and understanding.
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Document procedures accurately and adhere to safety and infection control standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of X-ray or relevant imaging experience.
• Hold current ARRT certification in Radiography.
• Demonstrate proficiency with computer-driven imaging equipment.
• Exhibit strong communication and patient interaction skills.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety standards and best practices.
• Be eligible to work in the location with proper credentials.
