Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals. Implement physical therapy treatment plans using various techniques. Operate specialized physical therapy equipment and modalities safely and effectively. Assess patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes. Work closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise, body mechanics, injury prevention, and self‑management. Maintain a safe treatment environment adhering to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards. Engage in quality assurance initiatives and professional development activities. Collaborate in discharge planning and assist with transitions to community or home settings. Perform other duties as assigned within scope of practice. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations. Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC). Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred). Experience in physical therapy; new graduates welcome. Other certifications or licenses may be required. Proficiency in following written and verbal instructions and PC skills. Physical Abilities Remain stationary, move about, move equipment (50‑100 lbs), push, pull, and bend.
