Medical  Receptionist  | $16-$18/hr.  |  Monday – Friday 7 : 30 am – 4 : 30 pm  |Temporary

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Location: Located in Sugar Land, TX 77478
• Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient flow throughout the clinic, including scheduling and confirming appointments, check-in/check-out, collecting co-pays, rooming patients, and taking vital signs
• Prepare and escort patients to exam rooms to ensure timely and efficient visits
• Work closely with providers to support daily clinical operations
• Respond to patient inquiries by phone, email, or in person in a courteous and efficient manner
• Maintain front desk operations and ensure reception areas are clean and organized
• Assist providers with clinical tasks as requested
• Monitor, stock, and maintain medical and office supplies and equipment

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• One year of Medical Receptionist experience within a Physician's office/clinic is required.
• Previous experience with using EMR software is required. 
• Strong knowledge of insurance verification. 

Benefits and Perks:

• $16.00-$18.00/hr.
