About the Role:

The Carton Operator plays a critical role in the packaging and production process by efficiently operating carton forming and sealing machinery to ensure products are securely packed for distribution. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards and minimize waste during the carton assembly process. The operator will collaborate closely with production teams to meet daily output targets while adhering to safety and operational protocols. Continuous monitoring and adjustment of equipment settings are essential to accommodate different carton sizes and product specifications. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating packaging or carton machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks.

• Certification or training in machine operation or industrial maintenance.
• Experience with automated carton forming and sealing equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor cartoner machines to form, fill, and seal cartons accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload cartons while ensuring all packaging materials are properly aligned and free of defects.
• Conduct quality checks every 20 minutes to verify correct packaging, printing, and seal integrity.
• Document lot codes and complete required production records with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Collaborate with the quality control and production teams to identify and resolve packaging issues.
• Promptly report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
