Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Remote / In-Person Arizona, United States Looking for flexibility and hands‑on impact? In this position, you’ll deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and center-based settings, supported by our clinical systems, operational teams, and a commitment to compassionate, client‑centered care. Criteria for the Hybrid BCBA role includes weekly in‑person supervision. Compensation and Incentives:

1. Base salary up to $105,000 (based on experience).
2. Signing bonus = $2,500+
3. Monthly and weeklybonus structure averaging $1,000 or moreper month !
