Drive recruiting strategy for high-volume, corporate, and leadership hiring in a hybrid role in Irvine. Responsibilities Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for high-volume , corporate , and leadership roles Meet time-to-hire targets while maintaining a strong candidate experience Build and maintain a qualified candidate pipeline using proactive sourcing: direct outreach , job boards , social media , networking , and employee referrals Plan, organize, and attend hiring events and job fairs to attract diverse candidates, support employer branding, and strengthen talent relationships Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand hiring needs, develop strategic hiring plans, and deliver regular recruitment updates and metrics Identify process gaps and implement creative solutions to streamline hiring and remove bottlenecks Support candidate experience with timely communication and actionable feedback throughout the process Advance DEI initiatives by sourcing diverse talent and applying inclusive hiring practices Requirements Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in human resources, business, or a related field 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience, focused on high-volume , corporate , and executive hiring Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday experience preferred) Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates Spanish bilingual is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Strategic mindset and ability to adapt to changing business needs Location & Work Setup Irvine, CA 92614 (hybrid) In-person work requirements align with the hybrid policy at Essex's corporate offices in Woodland Hills , Irvine , Bellevue , or San Mateo (hybrid policy subject to change at Essex's sole discretion) Work is primarily office-based, using standard equipment such as computers, phones, and printers Fast-paced environment with frequent multitasking and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Frequent travel on the West Coast for hiring events, meetings, training, or conferences Skills for Success Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and correspondence; ability to ask clarifying questions Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; respond to common inquiries from clients, coworkers, and/or supervisors Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations; basic problem-solving and analytical skills Decisions guided by procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines; limited short-term impact from errors in judgment Technologies Workday Applicant Tracking Systems Compensation USD 73,000 - 89,000 per year Benefits Competitive salaries Career growth Eligible for benefit packages including medical, dental, and vision Paid parental leave 401k employer match Excellence rewards Wellness programs 12 paid holidays 15 PTO days Work/life balance is a priority Most positions eligible for a 20% housing discount #J-18808-Ljbffr Essex Property Trust
