Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Sacramento, CA, responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration for Keystone Dental Group’s implant and biomaterial portfolio within an assigned territory. This role involves prospecting and developing new accounts, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers, and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. The Territory Sales Manager will conduct product demonstrations and trainings for dental professionals and office staff, provide ongoing customer support, and ensure high levels of satisfaction with Keystone Dental Group’s solutions. Day‑to‑day activities include scheduling and attending client meetings, managing territory sales pipelines, collaborating with internal teams on pricing and promotions, and providing regular reporting and market feedback to sales leadership. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage dental professionals, present product solutions, and build long‑term relationships. Proven sales and sales management skills, including territory planning, pipeline management, and achievement of sales targets. Customer service and training skills to support clients, deliver effective product education, and ensure successful adoption and usage. Experience in medical or dental device sales, preferably with implants, biomaterials, or related technologies. Ability to work independently in the field, manage travel schedules, and prioritize activities within the territory. Competence with CRM tools and basic office software for tracking activities, generating reports, and analyzing sales data. Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the Sacramento, CA territory and surrounding areas. #J-18808-Ljbffr
