RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts starting at 6:45 AM
• Thursday through Sunday blocked schedule
• Every other weekend requirement
• On-call during low census periods
• Rotate holidays with permanent staff
• Must have 2 years experience and 1 travel assignment
• Required certifications: BLS, NIHSS
• Must maintain strict 75-mile radius rule
• BSN not required
• Typical nurse to patient ratio: 1:6
• Float to Ortho/Neuro, Oncology, Acute Care and JFW units
• Must be flexible with changing assignments during shift
• Caribbean blue scrubs required
• Work with MEDITECH charting system
• Telemetry monitoring on different units
• Work with BIPAP, CPAP, vapotherm, and Draeger ventilators
• Floor-specific orientation provided
• 12-hour cancellation policy every 2 weeks

The organization provides acute care services with full-service capabilities including 24/7 respiratory therapy and pharmacy support, IV team services, and in-house OB/neonatologist coverage. The facility maintains modern equipment and technology to support diverse patient care needs across multiple specialty units.
