Akkodis is seeking a Technical Writer - I for a 6 Months contract position with a client located in Lake Mary, FL - 32746. 2 years of experience as a technical writer, or document specialist, organization, strong time management, strong communication in English, critical thinking comes as a plus. Job Title : Technical Writer - I Location : 1101 Greenwood Boulevard, Lake Mary, FL - 32746 (100% Onsite - Days/Hours: Mon - Friday Flex Start between 8am-9am) Duration: 6 Months Pay Range: $25/hour - $26/hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Education: Bachelor's Degree Required Top Skills Needed: 2 years of experience as a technical writer, or document specialist, organization, strong time management, strong communication in English, critical thinking. Writes a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses. May be responsible for coordinating the display of graphics and the production of the document. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures. Relies on instruction and predefined guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Tools used to create documents are MS, Salesforce, and PPT- Someone that has previous Windchill experience a plus.
