Oak Street Health is seeking a Medical Scribe to support our primary care providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to adults on Medicare. In this role, you will document patient encounters in real time, accurately entering histories, exams, assessments, and care plans into the electronic health record. You’ll help prepare charts, track key clinical information, and ensure documentation meets quality and compliance standards. Working closely with a collaborative care team in our community-based centers, you’ll play a vital part in improving access and outcomes for underserved populations while gaining valuable clinical exposure and growth opportunities.
