Job Title: SAP Functional Lead Location: Parkville, Missouri, United States Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $115K-$130K Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 40.0

We are seeking three experienced SAP Functional Leads to join our growing transformation team, supporting a large-scale SAP implementation. These roles will focus on one of the following domains:

• QTI (Quote-to-Invoice / Order-to-Cash)
• EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
• FTP (Finance to Produce / Financial Transformation Processes)

The ideal candidates are hands-on functional experts with deep experience in SAP design and configuration , capable of leading solution delivery in a complex manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation within your SAP domain (QTI, EWM, or FTP)
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions
• Drive end-to-end process design, ensuring alignment with best practices and business goals
• Configure SAP modules and oversee testing, validation, and deployment efforts
• Support integration across modules, ensuring seamless business processes
• Provide leadership across implementation phases including blueprinting, design, build, testing, and go-live
• Mentor junior team members and act as a subject matter expert within your functional area
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities post-implementation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP functional experience within your area of expertise (QTI, EWM, or FTP)
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP configuration and solution design
• Proven success in at least one full SAP implementation lifecycle
• Experience in manufacturing or HVAC industry is required
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes within the selected domain
• Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with both Greenfield implementations (new SAP deployments)
• Prior exposure to Brownfield transformations or system conversions
• S/4HANA implementation experience strongly preferred
• Experience working in complex, global organizations

Domain-Specific Focus Areas

QTI (Quote-to-Invoice / Order-to-Cash) Lead

• Expertise in quoting, pricing, order management, billing, and invoicing
• Strong integration knowledge with finance and supply chain

EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Lead

• Deep knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and logistics execution
• Experience with decentralized or embedded EWM

FTP (Finance to Produce / Finance Transformation) Lead

• Expertise in manufacturing finance processes, costing, and production accounting
• Strong integration with supply chain and production modules
