Position Summary

As a Full-Time Float CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to clients across Henry, Fulton, Rockdale, and Coweta counties. This role is perfect for a CNA who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys the opportunity to work with a variety of clients. You’ll be responsible for providing compassionate, individualized care while helping clients maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

As a Float CNA, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
- Providing mobility support, including transfers and ambulation assistance.
- Driving clients to appointments, errands, or other outings as needed.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate team members.
- Offering companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
- Traveling to various client locations across Henry, Fulton, Rockdale, and Coweta counties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Active CNA certification in good standing.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNA.
- A dependable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel to client locations across multiple counties.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor.
- The ability to adapt quickly to different environments and client needs.
