Position Summary: Prepares quotations, sales and F&I documents in support of sales of new and used equipment. Maintains manufacturer’s catalogs, price lists and manuals for products offered.

Essential Functions:

1. Prepares documents associated with the sale of products including quotes, bills of sale, financing applications, title applications and certificates of origin, etc. 

2. Prepares Financing and Insurance (life and disability) forms for processing. Maintains current interest rate tables.

3. Maintains inventory information on specified new and used equipment, including current prices sheets and literature 

4. Maintains software needed for financing programs and customer contact management.

5. Performs receptionist duties, greeting and directing customers, directing phone inquiries.

Other Functions:

1. May assist with marketing correspondence and supplies.

2. May order sales and marketing materials as needed.

3. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education: Associates degree or equivalent experience combination

Experience: 1-3 years Office and/or accounting experience

Specific Skills: Math, computer, telephone and interpersonal skills.

Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.: Office procedures, contracts and insurance guidelines, title regulations.

Working Conditions: Office environment (may be located in private or semi-public areas). Requires use of computer and telephone and other office machines. Ability to sit for long periods of time.
