What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-according to established guidelines.
• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and execute routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and ensure proper preparation of samples for analysis.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all procedures, assist in training new personnel or students, and ensure adherence to lab quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be secured within one year of hire.
• Ongoing maintenance of certification is required throughout the duration of your employment.
