Your primary role is simple:  offer complimentary property inspections . You do  not perform the inspection yourself. Once the homeowner agrees, you hand the opportunity off to an  Outside Sales Representative 2 (Closer)—who conducts the inspection and finalizes the contingency agreement.

This structure allows you to excel at what you do best: meeting people, building rapport, and creating high-quality leads that convert into sales.

Your pay structure includes:

• A base salary plus unlimited commission—no cap

What You'll Be Doing

• Engage with homeowners in residential neighborhoods during our “hours of success” 
• Offer complimentary property inspections (you book appointments; the Closer handles inspections)
• Maintain strong communication and a smooth handoff process with your assigned Closer
• Build trust and deliver excellent customer experiences
• Generate referrals and repeat business through professionalism and service
• Show up daily with energy, positivity, and a growth-focused mindset
• Learn directly from experienced leaders and advance as you develop

What You Bring

• A self-driven, motivated attitude— no prior sales experience required
• Willingness to work outdoors and knock doors 5 days per week
• Strong communication and people skills
• Coachability and eagerness to grow
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
