Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in St. Louis, MO, responsible for driving brand awareness and revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, presenting event solutions to prospective clients, and managing relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. The role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, supporting promotional events, and collaborating with internal teams to align messaging and sales strategies. This position also includes delivering training or presentations on services, tracking sales performance, and providing customer service support before, during, and after events. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, respond to inquiries, and build long-term relationships. Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to generate leads, close deals, and manage pipelines effectively. Ability to deliver Training and product or service overviews to clients, partners, and internal team members. Experience in marketing or event promotion, including basic knowledge of digital or social media marketing tools. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through. Prior experience in events, hospitality, or related client-facing roles is preferred.
