Consultant, Field Biologist

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Consultant, Field Biologist to join our team. In this role, you will conduct field research and ecological assessments to support various environmental projects. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing field studies, collecting and analyzing biological data, and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met and compliance with environmental regulations is maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biology, ecology, or a related field, complemented by experience in fieldwork and data analysis. Proficiency in GIS and statistical software is highly desirable. You should possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driver's license and the willingness to travel to various field sites are essential. A master's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in ecological consulting or a similar role. EWI Recruitment
