Position: Forklift Operator
Pay: $20.00/hour
Shift: Mon-Fri 3:30pm-12am
Location: Clarksville, IN

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Forklift Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $20.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

Operate various sophisticated packing machines to meet schedules
Load and unload materials as part of a team
Evaluate systems for process improvements
Ensure safety compliance and report hazards immediately
Pick, pack, check, and load products accurately
Move materials around the storage facility
Stack loads in correct bays following inventory instructions
Complete forms and handle documentation
Inspect machinery and perform safety maintenance
Keep accurate production records

Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
1 year of related work experience
RF Scanner experience preferred
OSHA forklift certification or experience preferred
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Skills:

Forklift operation (sit-down forklift preferred)
Attention to detail and basic computer skills
Ability to use basic math and follow instructions
Good communication in English; Spanish preferred in some markets
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
