3rd Shift Press Assembly Operator - Upper

Upper Sandusky 3rd Shift Temp Position

We're looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Press Assembly Operator to join our team on the 3rd shift. As a key member of our production team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling and fabricating products, operating equipment, and maintaining a safe working environment. You'll also be responsible for visually inspecting parts, ensuring proper packaging, and completing production reporting forms.

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 26 lbs. (sometimes overhead)
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow company directives

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with quality control processes
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and FDA requirements
• Basic math skills for measuring and labeling parts
