Key Responsibilities:

Help residents with daily activities like dressing, eating, and mobility
Provide friendly, respectful, and compassionate care
Assist with medications (with training provided)
Keep residents comfortable, safe, and supported
Build strong relationships with residents and team members
Observe and report any changes in resident condition
Maintain a clean, organized environment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
Compassionate attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable and team-oriented
Experience in assisted living or caregiving (helpful, not required)
