Sales Floor Manager
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Floor Manager to lead our showroom team and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for a strong closer with proven leadership skills who can motivate a team, maximize every sales opportunity, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Success in this role requires a competitive mindset, strong deal-structuring abilities, and the ability to coach a team to consistently exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate sales team; set and track daily/monthly goals
- Run daily huddles to review performance, inventory, and priorities
- Assist in closing deals and resolving customer concerns
- Ensure customers are greeted promptly and receive excellent service
- Structure and desk deals, balancing profitability and customer needs
- Monitor traffic, test drives, and sales activity to drive performance
- Manage and maintain vehicle inventory and showroom presentation
Qualifications:
- Experience: Two to five years of proven auto sales experience. Top performers usually step into this role.
- Leadership: The ability to motivate, train, and hold a team of sales professionals accountable.
- Tech-Savviness: Fluency in dealership software to lead tracking.
- Conflict Resolution: Strong communication skills to handle escalated customer complaints on the floor.
