Purpose & Objective: TheServiceAdvisor role is very important to the success of our business. The primary job of this position is professionally presenting customers with the recommendedservicesand repairs made by the technicians based on the customers' needs, goals, and desires. This role also assists in the administrative and customerserviceaspects of the business. At Aero Auto Repair, this is a career not "just a job". Primary: Sales: Successfully present repairs andserviceto customers based on their needs, goals, and desires, using company guidelines and best practices.
