Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - Travel

• Manage patient care effectively in Med Surg / Telemetry units
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• Utilize Rapid Response/Code teams
• Administer blood products and perform central line care
• Manage peripheral lines and PICC lines
• Start and maintain IVs
• Provide care for patients with COPD, pneumonia, chest pain, and more
• Perform non-invasive airway management and oxygen therapy

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - Travel

• Valid NY state nursing license
• 2 years of experience in Med Surg / Telemetry
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Expertise in EPIC charting system
