Incubation Strategy & GTM Operations Leader

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking an Incubation SP&O Leader to partner with the VP and drive the go-to-market and sales operating model for early-stage products.

You will build processes from scratch, shape the product roadmap, and enable scalable Motion from initial customer proofs to graduation into Core or Hyper-Specialist coverage. You will lead a 2–3 person SP&O team and collaborate across Finance, Enablement, CX, and BE to ensure alignment with product strategy and portfolio
