Westbrook House of Pizza Kitchen Production & Prep Cook

Westbrook House of Pizza is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to join our kitchen production team.

In this role, you will prepare our pizza dough, sauces, and fresh ingredients the foundation of everything we serve. This is one of the most important positions in our restaurant. The quality and consistency of our food begins with you.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys routine work, staying organized, and taking pride in doing things correctly every day. Much of the shift involves structured preparation rather than customer interaction.

What You'll Do (Typical Responsibilities)

Mix and prepare fresh pizza dough using our established recipes

Portion and pan dough for daily service

Prepare pizza and pasta sauces from scratch

Cut, slice, shred, and portion vegetables, cheeses, and toppings

Assist with pizza assembly during busy periods

Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

Keep prep areas clean, stocked, and organized

Support the kitchen team with daily preparation tasks

You are essentially preparing everything the kitchen needs to operate successfully for the day.

No pizza experience required we will train you.

Previous experience in kitchens, bakeries, grocery stores, cafeterias, or food prep is helpful but not required.

Schedule

Primarily daytime shifts (morning/early afternoon, typically around 8am3pm)

One weekend day required.

This is a great role for someone looking for steady daytime hours and a consistent routine.

Pay

Average total earnings: $19$20 per hour

Base pay: $17/hr

Tip share adds approximately $2$3/hr

We use a shared tip system so kitchen team members benefit from busy shifts as well.

Paid training provided.

Consistent weekly hours available.
