Responsibilities Support union, non‑union, management, and staff in specified departments and locations, ensuring legal and company policy compliance. Partner with management to define talent management needs and design HR programs such as organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, talent acquisition, and compensation management. Facilitate leadership development and key talent retention initiatives, including performance management, coaching, corrective actions, employee recognition, and rewards. Qualifications 5+ years of generalist/HR leadership experience. Bachelor’s degree required. PHR or SPHR certification preferred. Labor Relations experience preferred.
