Toned Body Fitness offers tailored services including one-on-one personal training, group fitness classes, yoga, meal services, and massage therapy. Our approach is designed to provide an all-inclusive experience under one roof to help clients meet their unique health and fitness goals. Role Description Toned Body Fitness is a rapidly growing boutique fitness and wellness studio focused on delivering an exceptional member experience through high-level coaching, luxury aesthetics, strong community, and a motivating culture. We are looking for an emotionally intelligent, highly organized, and driven Operations Manager to help lead and grow our Oconomowoc location. This is more than a management position — it’s an opportunity to help build one of Wisconsin’s premier boutique fitness communities alongside ownership.
