Direct Care Worker - Part-Time 2nd Shift and 3rd shifts

Location: Green Acres of Manistee - Manistee, MI

Schedule: Part-Time, 24 hours per week

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm for 24-hours a week
• 3rd Shift: 10:30pm-6:30am for 32-hours a week

Pay: $17

Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers to support residents with their daily care needs in an assisted living setting. This role includes hands-on personal care and medication administration. No license is required - we provide all on-the-job training for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Follow each resident's prescribed care plan
• Administer medications after completing required training
• Support residents' independence and dignity
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and families

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable, compassionate, and willing to learn
• Ability to work every other weekend and holiday rotation
