What You Will Do

As Senior Graphic Designer, you'll partner with WILDE's agency of record and own the day-to-day execution of the brand across every touchpoint. The agency builds the big ideas and the brand world; you make that world work everywhere it needs to go - quickly, accurately and ready for production. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role, and as the first in-house creative, you'll also have a part in how the brand evolves as the team grows over time.
Responsibilities:

• Design high-volume email, social media, and paid digital creative assets
• Translate agency campaigns into retail and shopper assets, sell sheets and sales collateral for national retail partners
• Build signage, banners, tents and backdrops for events and trade shows
• Serve as the final check that every asset is accurate and on-brand, partnering with vendors and the agency to keep creative aligned
• Execute packaging updates and production-ready artwork across a growing lineup of chip and cracker SKUs, working within dielines, specs and safe zones

Who You Are

You've done your best work at a fast-growing food, beverage or bold consumer brand, the kind that uses color, attitude and personality to own its category on shelf and in feed. You love taking an established brand world and making it sing across a dozen formats in the same week, and you're happy spending most of your time executing, because you know the details are what make a brand feel distinct. You're resourceful when the asset library is limited, you catch the production details others miss, and you can switch from a dieline to a social post without losing momentum. You take feedback in stride and work well with marketing, sales, ecommerce and field teams.
Qualifications:

• 5+ years of graphic or brand design experience, ideally in-house at an emerging or high-growth food, beverage or CPG brand
• A portfolio of bold, color-forward work across packaging, retail, email, social and print
• Hands-on experience with packaging production, including dielines, specs, safe zones and print-ready files
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), with strong photo manipulation skills
• Nice to have: Figma experience, and experience as a solo or first in-house designer
