Bachelors degree Required 4 Years

Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, document/data lifecycle management, and process improvement. Required 7 Years

Experience supporting ECM strategies and enterprise data practices in a government, investment or financial services environment. Required 3 Years

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Required

Proven experience creating clear, structured technical documentation (e.g., requirements, process maps, data and document flows). Required

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business terms. Required

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment Required

Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively identify and address areas needing attention or improvement. Required

Familiarity with process automation tools used to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Highly desired

Experience working with reporting tools and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making. Highly desired

Understanding of investment, financial services, or a related business environment. Highly desired
