Registered Nurse (RN) - L&D

Registered Nurse – Obstetrics

Shift: 7p-7a

Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• BLS certification
• NRP certification
• Fetal Heart Monitoring certification

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide care for laboring patients and conduct triages.
• Support mother-baby care and newborn nursery responsibilities.
• Assist with gynecology surgery patients as needed.
• Collaborate with LPNs to ensure efficient patient care and documentation.
• Be prepared to assist with med/surg duties if necessary, including taking vitals and passing medications.
• Request assistance from a Transfer Coordinator during emergencies or when additional help is required.

Compliance / Notes:

Facility can cancel 1 shift every other week.
