Remote Staff Accountant — GAAP, Close & Compliance

RethinkFirst is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our accounting and finance team, reporting to the Controller. This position will perform day-to-day accounting, prepare journal entries, and support month-end close and external audits. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and experience with Sage Intacct.
