Change linens, make beds, and leave the bathroom sparkling. Restock all guest room supplies, like soap and shampoo. Organize your linen closet, restock your cart, and get ready for the next day before your shift ends each day. Remove trash and dirty linens Greet guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile. Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances. Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance Customer-oriented and friendly Prioritization and time management skills Working quickly without compromising quality To be successful in this role, you need: a professional demeanor clear communication skills and appearance in a clean uniform is required. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25-30 pounds. You must also be able to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions.
