What You'll Do As General Manager, you\'ll have full responsibility for the daily operations and overall success of your restaurant. You\'ll lead by example, develop future leaders, and ensure every guest receives the level of hospitality Boulevard American Bistro is known for. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing management team. Foster a positive, engaging workplace culture that supports team member growth and retention. Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Drive restaurant performance by managing sales, profitability, labor, food costs, and inventory. Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top hospitality talent. Ensure operational excellence, food quality, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards. Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to achieve business goals. Build strong relationships with guests, team members, and the surrounding community. What You Bring We\'re looking for a hospitality leader who possesses: Previous General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. Proven success leading and developing management teams. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and P&L accountability. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. A passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and team development.
