Guest Services Coordinator

The Guest Services Coordinator acts as the primary visitation representative for hospital patients, empathizing with patients and their family. This position is responsible for proactively managing any identified concerns, promoting teamwork, relationship building, and fostering a positive patient care atmosphere. Schedule: rotating days- 11:30am- 8pm, rotating weekends and holidays.

Education and Experience:

High School graduate or equivalent preferred. Prefer college experience or higher education.

Requires 3 5 years of prior customer service experience. Coordinator position requires a people-oriented, personable, friendly person who is able to work with everyone.

Must be organized, able to do multiple tasks, be flexible and able to travel among the hospital sites.

Ability to read and communicate in the English language.

Salary Range

The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.

Positions posted as annual salaries reflect an estimated amount for a 1.0 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) (i.e. 40 hour equivalent)), positions for less than 1.0 FTE will be prorated.
