RN Pediatric Clinical Field Specialist - Central Region

Overview The Pediatric Clinical Field Specialist will provide education on products within the Advanced Patient Monitoring portfolio through intra-operative case coverage, coordinating one-on-one ad hoc training sessions and in-service education programs in the CICU, PICU, NICU, OR, and other acute care areas. They will provide physicians and medical staff with clinical instructions to support education and technical aspects of patient outcomes throughout continuum of care, while anticipating obstacles and planning accordingly for smooth execution. The role includes advocating with clinicians to uncover opportunities to expand the use of Advanced Patient Monitoring products and collaborating with sales reps and managers to implement a strategic plan in their territory. The person will also be responsible for validating software and hardware updates in the field as applicable. Territory MN, NE, IA, CO, TX, OK, KS, MO Responsibilities Provide education on Advanced Patient Monitoring products in intra-operative and acute care settings. Coordinate one-on-one ad hoc training sessions and in-service programs. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure continuity of education and technical support related to patient outcomes. Advocate with clinicians to identify opportunities to expand product use and train designated hospital staff as product guides. Collaborate with sales reps and managers to implement territory plans. Validate software and hardware updates in the field as applicable. Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in an acute care environment CICU, PICU, NICU, OR Registered Nurse Proven understanding of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology, and physiology Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to travel M-F Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Strong understanding of hemodynamic monitoring Experience in a clinical or sales role within a Medical Device company Proven proficiency presenting in front of groups Leadership progression within the nursing field Proven ability to inspire change within hospital/organization Why Join Us To find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture and understand the human story behind our work.
