Paid Social Ads - Producer/Videographer

Videographer / Film Producer (UGC Advertising Shoots) Los Angeles Area Only — Contract Role Mucho is looking for a highly creative and organized Videographer / Film Producer to help produce high-performing advertising and social media content shoots. This role is ideal for someone who understands internet culture, advertising creative, social-first storytelling, and can independently run lean, fast-paced UGC-style productions. You’ll work closely with the Founder / Creative Director to bring creative concepts and production treatments to life through monthly content shoots. Responsibilities Create and manage production call sheets Shoot content primarily on iPhone (UGC/social-first style) Rent and coordinate camera, lighting, and production gear as needed Coordinate and source creators, models, actors, and other creatives Execute creative concepts, shot lists, and production treatments Give on-set direction to talent and creators Scout and secure shoot locations Organize production logistics and shoot coordination Own media management workflows including footage upload, ingest, organization, and delivery to editors Stay up to date with advertising creative trends across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid social platforms Stay current on social media trends, creators, and viral formats Help organize and manage casting Give final approval recommendations on casting choices alongside the creative team Deliverables 1–2 organized monthly shoots Execution of social-first advertising creative optimized for paid media performance Efficient shoot execution with strong organization, communication, and creative direction Collaboration Monthly creative direction calls with the Founder / Creative Director Collaborative feedback and iterative creative process around concepts, treatments, and performance creative Qualifications Prior experience in videography, production, or social media content creation Strong understanding of direct-response advertising and UGC-style creative Ability to run lean, efficient productions with small teams Experience coordinating talent, creators, or production freelancers Strong organizational and communication skills Strong taste level and understanding of modern social media aesthetics Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social creative trends Must be based in the Los Angeles area Compensation Contract role Up to $2,000 per shoot depending on scope and experience To Apply Please submit: Portfolio or examples of work related to advertising, film, social media, or UGC content to View email address on click.appcast.io along with 1-2 sentences on why you want this role.
