We are seeking experienced In-Home Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team at US Family Turf. As a trusted provider of high-quality synthetic turf solutions, we are dedicated to enhancing residential landscapes with our innovative products. As our In-Home Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the process of selecting and installing the perfect artificial turf for their homes.

 

At US Family Turf, we believe in rewarding our sales consultants for their outstanding performance. This is a commission-based role, offering you the opportunity to earn uncapped income based on your sales achievements. In addition to a competitive commission structure, we provide a range of perks that come with being a commission sales professional, including flexibility, autonomy, and the potential for exceptional financial rewards.

 

The job pays a competitive industry rate of 10% commission (commission only) on sales. Please note there are more details to this that will be described in depth in first round interviews.

In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice, conducting on-site assessments, and delivering a tailored sales presentation. Your exceptional interpersonal skills, listening abilities, and product knowledge will be crucial in building strong relationships and maximizing your earning potential.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs and assess their outdoor spaces for artificial turf installation.
• Utilize your extensive knowledge of US Family Turf products to educate customers on the benefits, features, and customization options available.
• Collaborate with customers to develop customized design proposals and cost estimates that align with their budgets and preferences.
• Present compelling sales presentations that showcase the unique value propositions of US Family Turf's artificial turf solutions, addressing customer concerns and objections.
• Effectively communicate and negotiate pricing, terms, and project timelines to achieve customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with our installation team to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and documentation to track progress and generate insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to customers and maintain a competitive edge.

 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or landscaping industry.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of artificial turf products, their installation processes, and maintenance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
• Exceptional presentation and negotiation abilities, with a persuasive and customer-centric approach.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to assess customers' needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Proficiency in using sales CRM software and Google platforms (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) for documentation and productivity.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customers' homes for consultations.
