What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process in neonatal/intensive care settings
• Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and implement care strategies
• Delegate tasks effectively and supervise licensed and ancillary team members
• Communicate with families to provide education and support
• Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, standards, and hospital policies
• Support quality improvement initiatives and unit goals

What You Need

• Required:
  • Current Louisiana RN license
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in neonatal or intensive care
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good judgment and interpersonal skills
• Preferred:
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP)
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher
