Job Overview:
As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will lead and oversee all aspects of the rehabilitation department, ensuring high-quality care for our residents. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement therapy plans that promote wellness, recovery, and improved quality of life.

Director of Rehabilitation Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of skilled therapists (PT, OT, SLP) and support staff.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized therapy programs for residents.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
• Monitor and manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.
• Provide ongoing training and mentorship to staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Director of Rehabilitation Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Pennsylvania.
• Proven experience in rehabilitation management, preferably in a long-term care setting.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in rehabilitation services.
