Studio Leader

Starting Salary: $40,000-$50,000 + Performance Incentives, Commissions & Benefits

At MaxStrength Fitness, we help busy adults get strong and healthy so they can stay independent in just 20 minutes, twice a week. We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional to help lead our studio, coach our clients, and grow our presence in the community.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves fitness, enjoys connecting with people, and wants to build business leadership experience beyond personal training.

About the Role
As our Studio Leader, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting the growth of the business.
Your time will primarily be spent:

• Coaching clients and delivering training sessions
• Creating exceptional member experiences that drive retention and referrals
• Building relationships within the local community
• Supporting daily studio operations and scheduling
• Helping execute local marketing and referral initiatives

This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to positively impact both our members and our business.
 
Key Responsibilities
Fitness Coaching & Client Experience (50-60%)

• Coach clients through personalized strength-training programs
• Create an encouraging and supportive training environment
• Build strong relationships with members
• Support client accountability and goal achievement
• Help maintain a high level of member satisfaction and retention
• Assist prospective clients throughout the consultation and onboarding process

 
Studio Operations (20-30%)

• Manage trainer schedules and client appointments
• Ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming studio environment
• Support team communication and coordination
• Help monitor key studio performance metrics

 
Community Growth & Marketing (15-20%)

• Represent MaxStrength Fitness at local networking and community events
• Build referral relationships with local businesses and healthcare professionals
• Participate in presentations and educational workshops
• Capture client success stories, photos, and videos
• Assist with social media content and local marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness
• Personal training experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable networking and speaking with groups
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Passion for helping others improve their health and quality of life
• Reliable transportation and ability to attend local networking events
