POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
Prep Cooks You'll be executing dishes that showcase precision, consistency, and creativity. Our kitchen is fast-paced and quality-driven, and we're looking for cooks who take pride in the craft and enjoy being part of a tight, high-performing team.
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, elevated kitchen
- Food handlers certified
- Strong knife skills and understanding of multiple cooking techniques
- Ability to stay calm, clean, and focused in high-volume service
- Commitment to quality, timing, and consistency
- Experience in a prep or line cook role, or recent culinary school grads
- Experience with dough, pasta, pastry
- Ability to follow recipes and prep lists independently
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Open availability on schedule
Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $25.00)
