Medical Science Liaison, Rheumatology - Great Plains/Gulf Coast

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Medical Science Liaison for Rheumatology to serve a multi-state territory covering the Great Plains and Gulf Coast regions. The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare opinion leaders, delivering scientific information on immunology products, and generating insights to support medical strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement territory-based scientific engagement plan aligned with Medical Affairs strategy
- Cultivate professional relationships with community and academic opinion leaders in the territory
- Conduct high-quality scientific exchanges and deliver tailored clinical data to healthcare providers
- Identify, collect, and submit actionable insights to inform organizational medical strategy
- Support company-sponsored and investigator-initiated studies; respond to unsolicited product inquiries
Requirements
- Strong scientific acumen with expertise in rheumatology or immunology disease areas
- Ability to develop and execute scientific engagement strategies with healthcare professionals
- Experience collecting, synthesizing, and applying clinical and competitive intelligence
- Knowledge of regulatory and healthcare compliance guidelines
- Demonstrated capability for high-quality two-way scientific dialogue and presentations
- Proficiency with AI tools and digital platforms for enhanced decision-making
